Zoo

On monday, I went to the zoo with my photography 2 class. It was a great experience. I havent been to the zoo in a long time. I saw theses giraffe and fell in loe. i made the picture bright like there love. I hope to go again soon.

HDR

Today in photography we took pictures and made them HDR. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. The ISO for this photograph was 100 and the F-Stop is 5.0. I really like this picture that i took . I like  the settings. I would use use HDR again.

What I See

For my Photo Journalism Project I decided to take a picture of my glasses. To tell the story of what I see through my glasses. Everyone has a different lifestyle than others. There is people who struggle to survive, There is people who have everything handed to them, Also people who are just making it but isn't struggling as much. To me how you are brought up in life is how you are going to be for the rest of your life. Some people change but not everyone does. Sometimes its for the better or the worst. Their is always someone that thinks they are better than others. In reality we are all human.So i don't understand why people will hurt and put someone else down to make themselves feel better. So what i see is genuine people and harsh people who don't know where to put there feelings. I hope as we all get older and the generations get older we mature and come to a realization that there is no need for negativity. I hope one day we can all just get along

Old SacramentoTrip

 

On December 1, 2014 our photography class took a field trip to Old Sacramento. We had to choose two main subjects to keep shooting. My subjects were buildings, doors, windows and textures. I had very fun on the field trip. I am glad we went it was an awsome experience. I cant wait til photography 2.

Practice makes perfect

Today we had a free shoot. I attempted the panning life again. I think i did so much better than the first time of Panning. Practice makes perfect or i really got lucky. Will i do this again? No, but it was fun this time around.

Free Shoot

 Today in photography we had did a free shoot. So everybody got to take pictures of what ever. I used black and white for these pictures. My ISO was 200 , Shutter Speed was 1\160, and the F-stop was 7.1. I enjoyed today in class.

Panning

Today in photography we went out and did panning picture. This may be the hardest assignment yet. Although this is not the perfect example of panning . My shutter speed was 1/60 and the ISO was 3200.

Portraits

Today in photography we took Formal Portraits of other students. I like taking portraits because people can express themselves all in one picture and do cute but unique poses.What was hard for me was changing the ISO because i kept forgetting. The picture of my classmate came out great. I cant wait to do more portraits.

Depth Of Feild

Today in photography we took picture of vehicles. I used the camera in Manuel Mode. I also learned how to use F-Stop, Depth Of Field, Shutter , Exposure, Shutter Speed and Film Speed for the camera. Although it is a little bit more of a difficult task in my point of view it is the most fun thing so for in photography class. I had the camera in F/8.0 and the Shutter Speed 1/250 to take this pictures.

Today in photography class we had to take Symmetry and Rules Of Third. The top picture is Symmetry. The picture was taking on the side of school on the brick wall. It is the same on both sides. The bottom picture is called Rules Of Third. I took this picture across the street from school. The beer bottle was sitting there so i took a picture for its 4 points.
